PMS & Menstrual Cycle Complaints
Conscious PMS — Restore monthly harmony
PMS is more than just “being bothered by your hormones.”
It is the language of a body that shows every month how sensitive, powerful, and rhythmic it is.
Yet most women learn to ignore these signals—until the tension, mood swings, or fatigue become too much.
Conscious PMS was created out of a desire to help women understand that their symptoms are not working against them, but for them. PMS is not a lack of willpower or femininity—it is an invitation to attune.
What exactly is PMS?
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a collection of physical and emotional symptoms that usually occur 1 to 2 weeks before menstruation.
It is caused by changes in the ratio of estrogen to progesterone, influenced by stress, diet, sleep, and emotional stress.
Typical complaints are:
• mood swings, irritability, or crying spells
• fatigue, sleep problems, loss of concentration
• breast tenderness, bloated stomach, headaches
• cravings for sweet, salty, or comfort foods
PMS tells us something essential:
There is an imbalance between relaxation (progesterone) and activation (estrogen and cortisol).
Why I developed Conscious PMS
In conventional medicine, PMS is often treated as something that needs to be “suppressed” — with hormone pills or antidepressants.
But behind every hormonal fluctuation lies a story: of overload, unprocessed grief, or lack of rest.
Conscious PMS brings together three dimensions:
1. Biological clarity — understanding your hormones, blood sugar levels, and stress axis.
2. Lifestyle and nutrition — natural regulation through sleep, exercise, and nutrition that supports your cycle.
3. Emotional and body-oriented awareness — learning to listen to your body instead of fighting it.
The goal is not to be symptom-free, but to live in harmony with oneself.
When you understand what your body is trying to tell you every month, PMS changes from a burden to a compass.
You will discover when you need more rest, which foods support you, and how stress affects your cycle.
Women who follow this path often experience:
• Less irritability and mood swings
• More consistent energy levels and better sleep
• Less bloating and cravings
• More understanding, gentleness, and self-care during their cycle
Conscious PMS is an invitation to see your cycle not as a limitation,
but as a rhythm that teaches you how to take better care of yourself every month.
When you learn to read your body's signals, you will find peace, clarity, and strength—
right where you always had it: within yourself.
