Supervision & Coaching

Reflection, growth, and balance for physicians and professionals who work with people

Who is it for?

This program has been specially developed for doctors, medical specialists, and other professionals who work with people on a daily basis and find that the workload can sometimes be heavy. It is for you if you:

● want more balance between your work and your own energy,

● struggle with stress, boundary issues, or emotional strain,

● want to grow in your role as a professional and deepen your effectiveness,

● are looking for space to reflect on yourself, your casuistry, and your working relationships.

What you get

In this program, you will work on your professional and personal development for 3–4 months.

● 10 supervision sessions of 60 minutes (online or in person)

● Reflection assignments and case studies between sessions

● Tools for communication, self-care, and boundary setting

● Practical support via email or short messages for urgent questions

● A safe space to pause, reflect, and take steps forward

My expertise

I bring with me almost twenty years of experience as a general practitioner. During that time, I worked both long-term as a practice owner within a HITHA partnership and as a locum GP. As a result, I have an inside knowledge of the various facets of general practice and the different forms of collaboration. I understand the pressure, the complexity, and the possibilities, and can help you figure out how to navigate your own path.

In addition, I bring the following experience and expertise to my role as a supervisor in training:

● Diversity & Inclusion (D&I): extensive experience as a D&I officer and as a teacher/supervisor in peer supervision programs for doctors and professionals. I offer a broad perspective and an eye for the power of diversity in the workplace.

Peer review & reflection: experience as a peer review teacher and supervisor, enabling me to ask the right questions and help you to view things from multiple perspectives.

Sustainable employability of women: with expertise in hormonal health, perimenopause, and age-related complaints, I support women in maintaining energy, resilience, and job satisfaction.

● Experiential expertise: my personal background enriches my coaching. With my roots and migration background from the Antilles, my experience as a professional in the Dutch setting, my involvement as a victim in the benefits scandal, and my proximity as a family member of someone with mental health issues, I understand from the inside how social, personal, and professional challenges can come together.

Investment

As supervisor, I am currently offering this program at a training rate:

€750 for 5 sessions (including interim support and reflection assignments).

Why this program?

Because working with people requires more than just knowledge and skills. It requires resilience, reflection, and self-care. This program gives you the space to pause, reflect, and continue your work with renewed energy and clarity.
